In conjunction with WA Music and the Perth Jazz Festival, the State Library of Western Australia presents Snap Shot – a digital display of West Australian music photography from the archives. Collecting historic material from the Library’s collections as well as images from the state’s hardest working contemporary music photographers, this exciting visual journey takes in everything from big bands in ballrooms to punk in dingy pubs and backyards.
Snap Shot runs from October 31 to December 10 and is open daily during SLWA operating hours – check the SLWA website for more details: slwa.wa.gov.au/whats-on/snap-shot
