Ensemble Neoteric is a recently founded art music ensemble dedicated to celebrating and amplifying the voices of young Trans*, Non-binary, and Intersex musicians.
The ensemble is committed to helping these artists develop their unique voices and perspectives by fostering an equitable and inclusive community. Their repertoire is based in innovation, featuring a diverse range of elements including improvisations, sound baths, spoken arts and experimental scoring. Each member of Ensemble Neoteric is encouraged to fully embody their experiences and joys of queer identity, contributing to a vibrant and authentic expression of their artistry. Through their work, the ensemble not only pushes the boundaries of traditional art music but also creates a space where diverse young voices can thrive and resonate.
