Bob Tweedie is a jazz pianist from Perth who has been carving out a space in the music community in the last few years. He graduated from WAAPA with first class Honours in 2022, and has been a member of WAYJO for 7 years, currently occupying the Wednesday Night Orchestra chair. Some highlights so far include playing with Linda May Han Oh, Chloe Rowlands and Michael Pignéguy’s Awakenings Ensemble, as well as being a member of the original music collective known as Bad Neighbour.
Joining him on stage will be his long-time collaborators and friends Ben Shelley (drums) and Tommi Flamenco (bass), as they bring to life all new original compositions and push their boundaries with some creative arrangements from their heroes.
